• Financing details: requested amount, purpose, tenure and high-level financial ranges.

• Company information obtained only through authorized official integrations, where configured and consented to.

We do not collect Singpass passwords or one-time passwords, and we do not request NRIC/FIN numbers at the enquiry stage.

3. Purposes

We process personal data to assess and follow up on your financing enquiry, communicate with you, refer your application to relevant financing providers where you have consented, meet legal obligations, and — only with separate consent — send marketing communications.

4. Disclosure

Where you consent, we may disclose your application to relevant financing providers for the purposes explained to you. Those providers may apply their own requirements and privacy policies.

5. Protection and retention

Applications are stored in access-controlled systems. Documents are held in private storage and accessed by authorised staff via short-lived links.
